Halosil Increases Manufacturing Capacity to Ensure Immediate Delivery of the Halo Disinfection System®

NEW CASTLE, DE (September 01, 2020) — Halosil International, Inc., the leader in whole room disinfection across a broad range of applications and environments, has increased production of its proprietary HaloMist disinfectant (EPA Reg. No. 84526-6), and HaloFogger® dry-fog delivery system, and is available to fill orders immediately. The ramp-up in production comes in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has challenged organizations across industries to elevate their standard for whole room disinfection.

To meet the rising demand, Halosil has added a second organization approved to produce the Halo Disinfection System®. As a result, Halosil has doubled its manufacturing capacity and fortified its ability to deliver its foggers and disinfectant without interruption by building redundancies into its supply chain in the event that one site must close temporarily due to the pandemic.

In addition, Halosil has onboarded new distributors around the world to expedite delivery of its whole room disinfection system to customers.

“Since the start of the pandemic, we’ve added additional shifts at our production facilities in order to meet increased demands,” said Chris Ungermann, Chief Executive Officer of Halosil International, Inc. “With the addition of a second bottling facility, we’ve been able to fill orders even more quickly to ensure our customers receive the critical whole room disinfection technology they require in their fight against the pandemic.”

Today, Halosil is delivering products to customers across a wide range of industries, including long-term care, healthcare, education, corporate offices, transportation, correctional, and dentistry.

“We are committed to continuing to meet the world’s need for a proven whole room disinfection solution,” said David St. Clair, Chairman and CFO at Halosil International. “As a disinfectant included on the EPA’s List N of approved products for use against SARS-CoV-2, HaloMist has been in high demand as companies roll out more stringent requirements for surface disinfection. With our increased capacity, we have been able to successfully and rapidly turnaround orders to fulfill our customer’s immediate needs.”
